How entries are written
- Every demand you meet writes 1 entry into its branch, Gamble and Peak 2.
- If every slot is met at the end of a run, the Ash writes 1 more entry into the weakest branch.
- The first 20 entries per branch take effect; further ones still count but do not work (cap).
- The Ash Book stays through every Ashfall and Ash Turn. Every entry immediately gives its fixed amount to the channel of its branch (Bonuses page, row “Ash Book”); the Ember Tree remains the big source.
Where you see the book
- Page “Demands of the Ash”, tab “Ash Book” (bars, effect, cap).
- Bonuses page: its own line “Ash Book”, so you see where every number comes from.
- Ashfall window: how many entries stay and how many are new.
